Conditions of Entry

Sapphire Aquatic Centre is affiliated with the Royal Lifesaving Society “Keep Watch @ Public Pools” program.

• Children under 10 years must be accompanied by an adult (person 16 years or older).

• Pool rules must be observed at all times, including showering before entering the pools.

• Patrons are not permitted to bring glass objects or alcohol into the Centre. Patron’s bags may be searched.

• Abusive, disruptive or offensive behaviour or language is not permitted. Offenders will be removed from the Centre.

• Children 3 years and under must wear aqua-nappies.

• Animals are not permitted in the Centre, with the exception of Guide Dogs and Assistance Dogs.

• Cameras and mobile phone cameras are not allowed to be used in the Centre without permission from the Centre Manager.

• Patrons must wear approved / suitable bathing attire.

• The Centre takes no responsibility for lost or stolen belongings.

• Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any person or group.

Failure to comply with these conditions of entry may result in the individual or group being refused entry to the Centre, or being asked to leave.
